Our story begins fifteen years after we started C4M because that’s when we walked away from Work Place Investigations and Mediations.  These have been the mainstay of our business for that time.  Following a personal decision to follow the thread that had been in the fabric of my career and life experiences (but had often not given my full attention to) I chose to specialise in something that we had always been the driver of our work for those fifteen or so years – workplace culture and creating healthy and highly functional workplaces. 

Clients were always asking us to work for them on these issues even though the initial reasons for our meeting was to investigate this matter or resolve that issue. 

Since 2015 we made the decision to move on from investigations for while there was often an imperative to do this kind of work in most of these matters it leaves the parties battered and bruised and has a high cost on the wellbeing and the morale of a team. There had to be a better way.And that’s where ClearView processes were created. If must do an investigation then I am afraid you don’t want us – If you want to understand what is wrong and stop things before it gets to an investigation, let’s talk!  If you want to discuss how your workplace culture needs to be in a better space, then please come in… and we will make the time to understand your needs.
